Will I need to buy new equipment?

Not necessarily. A lot of Wi-Fi problems come down to router placement, settings or interference rather than hardware. If new equipment genuinely is the answer we'll say so, and we don't upsell gear you don't need.

Can you fix Wi-Fi in an apartment?

Yes — apartments and units are one of the most common cases we see. Concrete walls and crowded Wi-Fi channels cause most of it, and both are fixable.

Do I need to be home?

For on-site Wi-Fi work, yes — an adult aged 18 or over needs to be at the address. We also need access to the modem and to the rooms that are dropping out.

How long does it take?
