Do you charge a call-out fee?
Not in greater Brisbane — that's Brisbane City plus the Moreton Bay, Ipswich, Logan and Redland council areas. A $40 call-out fee applies to on-site jobs on the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast.
My suburb isn't listed — can you still come?
Very likely. The lists here are a guide, not a boundary. Just call 0401 114 166 and ask — we'll tell you straight away.
What if I'm outside South East Queensland?
Remote support is available anywhere in Australia, and it's often the faster and cheaper option for software problems anyway.
How soon can you get to me?
Appointments are available 7 days a week, 9am–5pm. Phone and email are answered from 8am on weekdays, so you can always reach us earlier — 9am–5pm is simply when appointments themselves run. Book online to see live availability, or call and we'll find you a time.
