Time is billed in 15-minute blocks

Rounded up to the nearest increment. You get an estimate of the total in the first 15 minutes, before the work starts.

No solution, no labour fee

If no viable solution can be found after reasonable investigation, no labour fee is charged. If we find one and you'd rather not proceed, a service fee may still apply.

Pay when the job's done

Nothing upfront. Payment is due at the completion of the service — EFTPOS, cash or bank transfer.

Your consumer rights. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures you can cancel the service contract and receive a refund for the unused portion, or compensation for reduced value. The full wording is in our Terms of Service.

Pricing questions

How much does it usually cost to fix a computer?
Our on-site technician costs $139.00 for the first hour, and most jobs are completed within the hour. If it takes a little longer, the additional time is billed at $30 per 15 minutes.
How is time billed after the first hour?
In 15-minute increments, rounded up to the nearest increment.
What if you can't fix it?
If no viable solution can be identified after reasonable investigation, no labour fee will be charged. If a solution is identified but you choose not to proceed, a standard call-out or service fee may still apply.
How and when do I pay?
Payment is due at the completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods may include EFTPOS, cash and bank transfer.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. There's a limited workmanship warranty of 30 days on general on-site and remote labour — if the same issue reoccurs in that time because of our work, we re-attend at no additional labour cost. Parts or equipment we supply carry a minimum 12-month warranty.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
